Our Team
Teddy Jennings - partner/Operations manager
With over 30 years of experience, Teddy serves as the Operations Manager for T2 Outdoors, overseeing all projects from start to finish. He ensures that each project receives top-quality care and efficient service. Teddy began his career in his early 20s by managing a pool cleaning route. Over time, he expanded his skills and knowledge in the pool and construction industries. In his free time, Teddy enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, and grilling.
Greg Davis - Partner/Landscape Architect
Growing up on various military bases, Greg was exposed to diverse landscaping and architectural designs from around the world. This sparked his interest in the field, leading him to pursue a degree in Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University, where he also met his wonderful wife. With over 20 years of experience, Greg continues to innovate in landscape architecture, creating stunning, modern designs. He can design and budget any project for your outdoor space. In his free time, Greg enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and being outdoors.
Tracy Smith - Partner/Landscape Architect
As an Indiana native, Tracy is very accustomed to wide open spaces and being outside, surrounded by nature. With a degree in Landscape Architecture from Ball State University, Tracy has a great education and can produce the design you need! He is passionate about enriching your outdoor space with all kinds of plants, furniture, and water features! He enjoys a traditional pool design and can help you reach any goal you have for your backyard. When he has a free moment, Tracy enjoys playing bluegrass music with his upright bass.
Delaney Jennings - Office manager
With a degree in Communication Studies from Texas Tech, Delaney is dedicated to maintaining quality communication throughout construction projects. She liaises with customers, designers, and the operations manager to ensure no details are missed. Delaney keeps you updated and works behind the scenes to advance your project needs. From permitting and billing to contracts, she is involved every step of the way. Additionally, Delaney manages our administrative needs and accounting. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.
Ryan Jennings - Construction Superintendent
From a young age, Ryan had a keen interest in the pool industry. He began cleaning and maintaining pools at the age of 16. Over the past 10+ years, Ryan has mastered every aspect of pools and pool equipment. He has also proactively expanded his knowledge in construction and project management. Now, Ryan is present at our job sites daily, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. He guides our construction crews through assignments and critical steps. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys cooking and prioritizes his fitness.
Aron Lockhart - Service Manager
Aron is a seasoned professional in the pool and construction industry, overseeing our pool service cleaners’ maintenance of clients’ pools weekly and managing repairs on our service side. His expertise spans cleaning pools, handling plumbing equipment, and replacing and repairing crucial parts. Aron maintains open communication with clients throughout every project phase. Outside of work, he nurtures his passion for nature and the environment, caring for a green room that houses a variety of creatures from spiders, fish, and birds to cats and reptiles. He cherishes spending weekends with his son.
Blake Baker - Landscape Superintendent
As the landscape superintendent, Blake oversees all your landscaping needs. From irrigation and drainage to planting flowers and trees, Blake ensures every task is completed to perfection. As a licensed irrigator, he guarantees top-quality service. Blake manages landscape projects and supervises on-site crews to deliver satisfactory outcomes. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and watching sports.
Sarvani Marella - Landscape Designer
With a degree in Architecture from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Sarvani is well-educated and equipped to produce a design for you! Her 3D Model renderings can help you see just what it would be like to have one of our designs in your backyard. She can design, produce, and walk you through anything you may have in mind for your space. With 7 years of experience under her belt, you can feel confident that she will design you something you love! Sarvani loves to spend her time gardening, woodworking, and painting!
Emily Lavender - Administrative Assistant
As administrative assistant, Emily focuses on maintaining customer care and service. She also maintains daily functions for the service side of T2 Outdoors. She manages work order scheduling, billing, weekly service routes, and customer communication. Emily is there to answer the phone and respond to any questions you may have regarding your pool, your service, or your project. With a degree in Information Science from the University of North Texas, Emily also focuses on our record keeping, organization, and data entry/analysis. In her free time, Emily loves to read, go on bike rides, and watch basketball.
